Who is it for?

Ideally, you've had some experience lifting weights before. Or, you're experienced but you've had a decent break and you're coming back to training. If you're a complete beginner, and new to training, a good starter would be our "No Weights - No Problem" bodyweight & bands program. Or, if you're a beginner and have access to a trainer or experienced friend to help with the correct form.

What equipment do I need?

A home gym with a barbell, plates and a squat rack. Or a good commercial gym with the same.

There are alternative exercise that can be slotted into the program if needed, just get in touch with our team to chat.

What should I expect from the program?
