Hybrid Performance

Who is it for?

Ideally, you've had some experience lifting weights & training before. Or, you're experienced but you've had a decent break and you're coming back to training. If you're a complete beginner, and new to training, a good starter would be our "No Weights - No Problem" bodyweight & bands program. Or, if you're a beginner and have access to a trainer or experienced friend to help with the correct form. This is a Hybrid Programme, so, if building compound strength as well as maintaining good functional movement is your goal, this programme is for you!

What equipment do I need?

A home gym with a barbell, plates, Dumbbells and a Squat Rack. Or access to a good commercial gym with the same. Preferably an open, functional training space (most modern gyms provide this today).

There are alternative exercises that can be slotted into the program if needed, just get in touch with our team to chat.

What should I expect from the program?
